OHHHHH the days.
That time of year.
Christmas is my favourite holiday…undoubtedly the best season. With recent weather [summer one day and winter the next]…I am sorrowful of the obvious lack of snow chances. Snow is the most beautiful natural weather phenomenon. However, the tons of rain we are getting is okay, too…only because I love the way the lights stretch out their spines when your eyelashes hit them just right, and get longer as you squint…and the reflections on the roads that look like a deep, swallowing extension of our world….so beautiful. I’m extremely ready to go home to my mother’s house and laze around and hang out with friends [a much needed social exercise!] I am also excited to spend bouts of time with Andrew, uninterrupted by work or school. [BEST FRANZZ!]
There is a checklist of things I must do before Christmas Day…and it is as follows:
+Make a gingerbread house
+Bake gingerbread [again]
+Buy Christmas sweaters
+Take photos in those Christmas sweaters
+Get my cat a christmas sweater
+Make him wear it at all times
+Put up the Christmas tree with family and Andrew
+Decorate it [with same folks]
+Sit by the fire drinking hot chocolate with a candy cane in it, whilst watching an awesome Christmas movie, cuddling with Andrew…and Mr. Mistoffelees.
+Eat spiced carrots
+Make reindeer poop [tasty stuff]
+Get a red long-sleeve dress that is actually cute.
+Go ice skating
+Go to Opry Mills
+Spice everything I eat with cinnamon.

The SlutWalk is an idea — and a movement — that started in Canada, as a protest against the notion that victims of sexual assault somehow invite or deserve abuse because of what they are wearing or the way they are behaving when they’re attacked. Since the first SlutWalk in Canada in April 2011, similar marches have been held in cities around the globe, with women and men protesting the incredibly offensive idea that victims of rape and other crimes are somehow asking for it …

My 4D teacher suggested I watch this. I’m glad he did. It’s how many people feel on the subject of God. Sometimes I feel this way, but only to be yet again brought back in my God’s grace. I do feel his presence, and he’s been standing in the way of danger for me many a time, yet it is just inconceivable to know about such a thing we could never possibly fathom. Faith or not, I know someone’s there. I choose to believe it’s Him.
This is the ultimate scenario that I would like to experience in my life.
